Introduction to your programme

Wellbeing Way is the weight loss programme that helps you take the small steps towards big changes with motivational, consistent guidance. We provide you with all the tools you need to succeed on your journey.

Our interactive programme is delivered through the Wellbeing Way app, accessible through smartphones and tablets (iOS version 12.3 and above & Android version 7 and above).

We offer a different approach, there is no calorie counting or magic lists of foods to eat. We provide you with weekly interactive eLearning modules (accessible in English, Hindi and Polish), resources and a community of support to help change habits, learn new behaviours, and keep you motivated.

Where can I access the app?

If you have already downloaded the app, you can access it on your mobile by clicking here.

If you haven’t downloaded the Wellbeing Way app yet, click the buttons below:

  1. Go to the Google Play store by clicking here. Then click ‘install’
  2. Open the app
  3. tap ‘No log in? Tap here to register’ within the app
  4. Complete the registration process.
iOS devices (e.g. iPhone, iPad) version 12.3 and above

How can I book my sessions?

Once you are logged into the app you will need to follow the below steps to book onto your sessions (this information is also within the first introduction video above). Places are limited and we would like you to attend your session in the first month of enrolment so please book your place quickly to avoid disappointment.

  1. On your wellbeing way app home page please go to ‘My sessions’
  2. Go to ‘Book a session’
  3. Follow the steps outlined in your app to book all of your sessions in advance. Once you have booked your sessions you can check this has been done by going back to your ‘My sessions’ page and you will see all your ‘Upcoming’ sessions listed.
