Meet our health coaches

A key part of your Digital Adult Weight Management Programme is the opportunity to have one to one coaching sessions with our qualified team. The number and length of your coaching sessions depends on your programme level; but we will work with you to find a schedule that fits in around your commitments and lifestyle. 

Your coaching sessions are delivered by telephone and our team will call you at your appointment time. To get the most from your sessions, we ask that you update your weight reading in the App and bring a copy of this along with you to let your coach know how you are doing.  It would be great if you could also write down a couple of points you want to discuss with your coach or any questions you may have.

Amy Pardy

I’m Amy one of the dietitians in the adult-weight management team.

I have a dietetics degree from the University of Plymouth, and now I live in Somerset.

My interest in dietetics started when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at a young age, and since then I have developed an empathy and understanding for others with long-term health conditions and that’s one of the reasons why I love working in this role.

Shweta Sidana

My name is Shweta, I have a background in Nutrition, having studied Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Leeds. I also did a year abroad at the University of New Mexico, where I studied Nutrition and Dietetics.

In my spare time I love to bake, my personal favourite bake being cinnamon rolls! I also like to go swimming, practice yoga and go on long walks.

Judith Onyewuchi

My name is Judith. I am Italian-Nigerian, born and raised in Rome by my amazing Nigerian parents. I feel blessed and lucky to have had the best of both worlds, culturally, traditionally and culinarily.

I am a foodie, and besides my interest in science and health, I think the real reason I became a dietitian is because I wanted to learn the secrets of enjoying food whilst still trying to be healthy.

Magdalena Lenard

I’m Magdalena, a Registered Dietitian in the adult weight management team with a long-standing passion for weight management. Throughout my childhood I struggled with my weight and this experience inspired me to become a dietitian to help others become healthier and happier. 

My professional experience consists of working in both, private healthcare and the NHS.

I strongly believe that by providing individually tailored approach we can work wonders.

Rhiannon Coultate

I’m Rhiannon. I’m a registered Dietitian.

I live in Manchester and previously worked for the NHS, specialising in Cystic Fibrosis.

Outside of work, I am a keen cyclist and also enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding in summer.

Rebecca Katherine
Williams

My name is Becky and I have 24 years experience as a Registered Nurse with a very varied clinical background. 4 years ago I completed my nutritional therapy training and I am also a Registered Nutritional Therapist with BANT.

My hobbies are yoga, walking with the dogs and meeting up with my friends.

Aleksandra Linhares

My name is Aleksandra Linhares. I’m a Dietetic and Nutrition graduate from London Metropolitan University.

I have been interested in dietetics, for as long as I can remember, so that’s how I ended up applying for BSc (Hons) Dietetic and Nutrition at London Met.

Working for Xyla it’s not only a job for me it’s also a great opportunity to fulfil my passion.

Linda Egheosa Abifade

My name is Linda a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist based in London.

I am passionate about empowering people to make healthy eating a natural and enjoyable part of their lifestyles and achieve health through nutrition.

I love food and I love learning to balance good nutrition with enjoyment of food. 

Halima Ghelle

I’m Halima, a food enthusiast & Registered Dietitian.

I’m an advocate for compassionate based approaches to help people explore their relationship with food and their bodies.

I enjoy collaborating with others to create change that supports their values and mostly importantly makes them feel good.

Harry Beal

I’m Harry, a Health Coach for the Adult Weight Management Programme. I have a postgraduate research degree with the University of Leeds and my background is in nutrition and exercise physiology.

I live in a small costal town in the North-East of England, where I spend most of my free time in the sea. I am also an avid cyclist and love rugby union.

Isabella Alfonso

I’m Isabella a dietician for the adult wieght management programme at Xyla.

I moved to the UK for my studies four years ago from Singapore, where I grew up and my family still live. I come from a big Italian family and love to cook, I’m always up for trying and experimenting with new recipes.

Luis Emiliano

I’m Luis. From very young age, my curiosity has pushed me to learn about how things work.

I have an initial background in neuroscience research and then developed a very strong interest in nutrition, dietetics, science communication and their application to daily life.

I enjoy learning about different cultures, going for long walks in nature and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Habiba Al- Muwakkat

I’m Habiba, an accredited Dietitian, based in Leeds. I have worked in the NHS for a year in the acute and community team before I started working with Xyla Health and Wellbeing.

I enjoy helping people develop a healthy lifestyle without diets. I believe food is more than just fuel, and food should be eaten without negative feelings.

Alexandra Papasavva

I’m Alexandra, a Health Coach for the Digital Adult Weight Management programme for Xyla Health and Wellbeing.

I have a background in Biomedicine and Human Nutrition. I have previously have worked in the fitness industry and have a passion for weightlifting.

My lifetime goal is to help people become a better version of themselves by supporting and motivating them to make healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Ugne Liuksaityte

I’m Ugne, a health coach in the Xyla Health and Wellbeing team.

I went to St. Marys University in Twickenham and qualified with a BSc in Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Chronic Disease Management.

I love to help people achieve their goals and see people making amazing changes to their lifestyle. My favourite quote that I live by “You can’t change the past, but you can start today and change your future”.

Samuel Moors

I’m Samuel. Health and fitness have always been incredibly important to me, which led me to study Sport & Exercise science at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Since graduating I have worked in multiple roles and industries, but my real passion is helping people to achieve their health goals and improve their physical and mental health.

Milli Wheeler

I’m Milli, a Wellbeing Way Health Coach and a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a BSc in Nutrition.

I’m passionate about helping others improve their health and wellbeing through lifestyle interventions.

I’m excited about helping people on their weight management journey and seing them make a long-term sustainable change to their health.

Adam Hardstaff

I’m Adam. I have a Masters in in Nutrition for Sports and Exercise and I am also an avid rugby player.

I’m extremely excited to work with such friendly and helpful colleagues on a really interesting programme.

Matthew Brownridge

I’m Matthew. I have been working as a Health Coach for Xyla Health and & Wellbeing since May 2021, originally on the Diabetes Prevention Programme and now on the Adult Weight Management Programme.

I have a real passion for helping others live a healthier and more active lifestyle, with experience of working within a sport and healthcare setting.

Sarah Kay Sylvester

I’m Sarah. I have a degree in Nutrition and I love to talk about food as well as trying new foods and making them.

I consider my health as my wealth and want to share my weight management, nutritional knowledge and expertise to individual’s who are interested in this.

Lucy Jennings

I’m Lucy, a health coach with a background in Nutrition, and Sport & Exercise science.

Supporting people on their health journey is such a privilege, and we’re all so unique, which is what makes the journey so exciting.

Lucia Wheeler

I’m Lucia I graduated from Edge Hill University in 2020 with a degree in Nutrition and Health. I am a registered Associate Nutritionist and qualified gym instructor.

I have a real passion for both nutrition and fitness. I am dedicated to sharing evidence-based nutrition information and enjoy helping individuals meet their personal health and fitness goals.

Nicola Jersche

I’m Nicola, a Health and Wellbeing Coach delivering the Adult Weight Management Programme with a degree in sport and exercise science.

Prior to this, I’ve worked within the Health and Wellbeing sector for a number of years, both clinically and within the leisure industry, which has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experience for all aspects that I deliver on the programmes.
