I have overall responsibility for Xyla Health & Wellbeing, and I’m experienced in developing an expert team who are person-centred and committed to delivering a quality service.
My previous experience includes growing a number of businesses in an effective and sustainable way, with employee engagement and a focus on client relationships being the key to success.
I’m passionate about helping individuals to realise their full potential and have seen many people achieve their personal goals through the support of health improvement programmes in the community and workplace.
I have worked in the health & wellbeing industry for over nine years and worked closely with Emily Cummins for a number of these years to effectively implement services on an international, national and local scale.
Working with the Xyla Health & Wellbeing operational team, I’ve ensured the delivery of the NHS, CCG and corporate programmes are mobilised efficiently and effectively. In addition to this, I works extensively with external partners and internal teams to take a holistic approach to service management with the ultimate driver being underpinned by service user experience and outcomes.
Support Services Director
I’ve worked for Xyla Health & Wellbeing since its inception.
As Support Services Director, I’m responsible for implementing, maintaining, monitoring and enhancing robust systems and processes to ensure Xyla Health & Wellbeing’s service user experience is efficient and of the highest quality.
I’m incentivised by witnessing first-hand the amazing results service users achieve and continuously seek to drive improvement across all areas of Xyla Health & Wellbeing. My ultimate goal is to deliver a person-centred service that is effective, accessible and represents good value for money.
Head of Patient Services
I’ve worked for Xyla Health & Wellbeing since its 2016 in various roles.
As Head of Patient Services, I am responsible for overall leadership of the Patient Support Team and Central Health Coaching Team to ensure they meet agreed aims and objectives within an efficient and effective working environment. Additionally, I work alongside the field team to ensure a streamlined approach to service delivery, ensuring effective partnership working.
I love the company and the people I work with and am proud to be part of an organisation that puts value to its people as well as delivers an amazing and effective service to all our service users.
Janet Gould Martin
National Operations Manager –North
I started back in 2016 as a Service Coordinator when the NDPP was first launched and worked on our first site which was Lincolnshire. Since then I moved into the Regional Manager role, covering 6 contracts and then in 2019 moved to Operations Manager for the North contracts. During this time I have seen Health and Wellbeing expand from 1 NDPP contract to 25 and our team grow from a handful to over 300 along with bringing on board many other exciting services such as REWIND, LCD, Stop Smoking and Adult Weight Management.
