Eyenun’s Digital Weight Management Journey
Eyenunhas been attending the NHS Digital Weight Management Programme with Xyla Health & Wellbeing and has seen some amazing changes since starting their journey. They have been happy to share with us some of their experiences and results.
What have you found useful about the Wellbeing Way App?
All the resources and coach sessions were useful, and the app was easy to use.
What do you find useful about your coaching calls with your Registered Healthcare Professional? Have you felt supported throughout the process?
Yes, I felt I could talk about any issues I had along my journey and is it important to keep those appointments if you really want to lose weight.
What changes did you make to your lifestyle, e.g. exercise routine, dietary, habits…?
I attend the gym regularly. My diet includes lots of fruit and veg, alongside my lifestyle i.e. waking up/going to bed at a certain time – routine is very important.
