Ingredients
- 40g chia seeds
- 240 ml reduced fat coconut milk
- 8 raspberries
Method
- Mix together the chia seeds and coconut milk. Place the mixture in a tightly closed mason jar in the fridge overnight.
- Top with some raspberries and enjoy!
