Ingredients

  • 170g chicken breast
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 vegetable sock
  • 125ml white wine

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  2. Place the chicken, onions, peppers, chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock, white wine in a slow cooker or a cast iron casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 2 hours.
