- 170g chicken breast
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 vegetable sock
- 125ml white wine
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190C.
- Place the chicken, onions, peppers, chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock, white wine in a slow cooker or a cast iron casserole dish.
- Bake for 2 hours.
