Overnight oats

- 2 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
- 40g rolled oats
- 30g mixed berries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
- Mix together the oats, yoghurt, mixed berries, almond butter and cinnamon.
- Place in a mason jar (any airtight container will work) and ensure the lid is firmly on.
- Store overnight in the fridge and enjoy in the morning.
