Ingredients
- 40g rolled oats chunky
- 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 15g blueberries/raspberries
Method
- Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency.
- During the last 5 mins mix in the blueberries.
- Enjoy!
