Apple pecan porridge

- 40g rolled oats chunky
- 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 medium apple, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 pecans, quartered
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Place the oats and milk in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Mix in the chopped apples, pecans and cinnamon.
